“The return of my car was done with ease. The gentleman who assisted us is one whom we dealt with before. He is outstanding.. we had some issues with the vehicle and he took care of that for us. Never really had an issue with customer service couple times I’ve had issues with the vehicles, but when addressed it is always taken care of…prefer this store vs the one on Hulen.”

“Budget customer service agent, SARA was superb. She worked out the kinks and met all my needs and requests. The car given was cute and drove great. I used my AARP membership and got a 30% discount, which they advertise and that helps when your on a budget ( no Pun intended ). I will use them again if needed. Check the rental car for previous damage, follow the guidelines, and be safe. That's easy so, need a rental go to Budget in Burleson Tx ( beside Sonic & across from high school )”
