“Budget customer service agent, SARA was superb. She worked out the kinks and met all my needs and requests. The car given was cute and drove great. I used my AARP membership and got a 30% discount, which they advertise and that helps when your on a budget ( no Pun intended ). I will use them again if needed. Check the rental car for previous damage, follow the guidelines, and be safe. That's easy so, need a rental go to Budget in Burleson Tx ( beside Sonic & across from high school )”

“The staff I interacted with were wonderful! The vehicle I rented was just “ok”. It worked, but it was clearly a base model and it was showing its age. I was given the opportunity to pick between 2 vehicles and I should have looked at both options more carefully before making my choice.”
