I have to give huge appreciation to Daphne and the entire overnight staff at the Shell station in Caddo Mills. Every time I stop in — no matter how late it is — they’re consistently friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming. Daphne especially goes above and beyond. She treats people with real kindness, keeps the store spotless, and somehow manages to make a late‑night gas‑station stop feel safe and comfortable.
The overnight team works some of the toughest hours, but you’d never know it from their attitude. They’re upbeat, helpful, and always quick to take care of customers. Whether it’s grabbing something from behind the counter, answering a question, or just offering a smile when you need it most, they deliver every time.
This location is lucky to have a crew like this — and customers are even luckier. Big thanks to Daphne and the whole overnight team for making late‑night stops something to look forward to instead of dread.”

“Manager of the store is awesome Last night I had an issue with spoiled milk from the refrigerator section at Pilot Flying J. The milk was not expired, but it tasted bad, and I believe the refrigerator was not cooling properly. At first, my refund request was refused, which was frustrating.
This morning, the manager handled the situation professionally and solved my issue respectfully. I appreciate the good customer service and the way the manager took care of the problem. Thank you.”

“I get gas here pretty frequently. Not a big fan of the speed bump leading into the gas station. It's never too busy which is nice. I've never had to wait to get gas here.”

“I work at this gas station and would like to let our customers know that we have showers as well as under new management and a knew owner. We are cleaning up the place and we also have amazing tacos and authentic Mexican food as well as huddle house. Great people and great survive now. Please come by and check us out”
“Never played the lotto before. I tried at a different place and the cashier didn’t know how or care to help. Today, Lexi was pleasant, patient, and walked me through everything. It wasn’t about the lotto, she’s clearly just a kind person who enjoys helping others. Exceptional customer service, I’ll be back. Bonus points, the gas station also had eggs, milk, and butter for a quick stop.”
