I have to give huge appreciation to Daphne and the entire overnight staff at the Shell station in Caddo Mills. Every time I stop in — no matter how late it is — they’re consistently friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming. Daphne especially goes above and beyond. She treats people with real kindness, keeps the store spotless, and somehow manages to make a late‑night gas‑station stop feel safe and comfortable.
The overnight team works some of the toughest hours, but you’d never know it from their attitude. They’re upbeat, helpful, and always quick to take care of customers. Whether it’s grabbing something from behind the counter, answering a question, or just offering a smile when you need it most, they deliver every time.
This location is lucky to have a crew like this — and customers are even luckier. Big thanks to Daphne and the whole overnight team for making late‑night stops something to look forward to instead of dread.”
“Cross Roads Valero Is a small gas ⛽️ station in Nevada TX. Cross Roads doesn’t just sell gas ⛽️ they have a little restaurant inside for dining, I’ve not tasted everything on the menu, but they have great mouth watering hamburgers and cheese ? burgers ?. There ? pizza is made fresh and hot with real mozzarella and has a wonderful flavor. When I’m in the area I will make a special trip just to enjoy a burger, onion rings or pizza ?. If you’re in the area you should give them a try and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.”

“idk why this has 3.6 stars :( I love this place and everything is super nice. All of the employees are incredibly sweet and nice. It's always a joy to go inside and talk to with them. Also the monster selection is just perfect and the iced coffee is delicious. Those 99¢ candies are just yummy. I recommend the gummy bears. Bucees is nice and all but you can't have a conversation about zombies and parasites or comic con in there. You can at this place. I 100% prefer it over bucees any day.”

“So I stumbled upon this gem from seeing some coworkers get some burgers from here. They serve a variety of hot food and cold food items like ham and cheese, even breakfast sandwiches. Lunch here gets crazy, they do receive phone orders but not during lunch rush 12-1. Service is always good you go to the counter order your food and they give you a ticket for your meal purchase and if you need to get a drink or anything you just show ticket and pay. The tony can come in single meat or double, fried egg, bacon, grilled onions and some mayonnaise sauce that is good. Meat is crispy and seasoned perfectly, bacon is thick and crispy, grilled onion just give that extra. It's worth a visit, I mean it truly is I can't stress it enough.”

“By far the best gas station and C store in town, The staff was outstandingly friendly, greeting me right away with genuine smiles and helpful attitudes. The store itself was clean, shelves well-stocked, and everything organized in a way that made finding what I needed quick and easy. Even the restrooms were clean, which says a lot about how well this place is managed.
It’s rare to find a gas station where you actually feel welcomed, but this one definitely stands out. Between the excellent customer service and the clean, inviting atmosphere, I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m in the area.”
