“Today I came into Metro store at Sunland park park and Mesa beforehand I called the store a week before and spoke with a nice young man named Muhammad who basically informed me that I could get two phones brand new and two lines for 65 a month. I waited until my time with another carrier was paid and then I came into the store and saw Muhammad in person at 10:00 a.m. when the store opened and Muhammad greeted me with open arms and the handshake and we discussed his plan that I mentioned above. He mentioned that all the photos and phone numbers and things on my old phones would be transferred to the new phones. We both accomplished that bye bye 1:00 p.m. because of the sheer volume a photographs and phone numbers there were some technical difficulties with my Facebook account but we saw that. I left the store with two brand new phones fully functional and with both Facebook applications running perfectly due to his professionalism and his patience. I am very pleased with the new plan we have and I am very pleased with Mr Muhammad and I feel that he is the person that God sent in our life to do this phone transaction. Please make him the office manager and give him a raise because he deserves it”

“Walmart is my favorite store because it has products within reach of every budget, and they stock the store every day so there are fresh products. I love that the bathrooms are cleaned often, and the employees are very friendly. And if you want to entertain yourself a little, just sit on a bench at the entrance and you will see so many different people.”

“It was super easy to get a new line with Metro. I took my own phone and in less than 15 minutes it was all solved. I cannot remember the name of the guy who helped but he was superb! He explained to me all the possible options and helped me decided for the best option that suited my needs. Recommended!”

He answers my questions and as dumb as my questions may seem he’s actually really helpful in getting me to understand AND doesn’t make me feel stupid about it. He’s also got a great sense of humor. This is definitely the better store. The other vape store just a few feet to the right called vapory or whatever has a very unpleasant gentleman working behind the counter. Very much prefer this store!”

“My Mom got her phone here, and it has not worked for her since she brought it in for Servicing. A Sales Representative took her phone, deleted some stuff, and gave it back to her without any volume and the image disappears before she finishes dialing a phone number (screen time was reduced). I told her to take it back with a witness, and will be contacting the Police if they continue to abuse the Elderly, in the fashion that they don't understand technology, nor jargon about the usage and functions of a Cellphone. I told my Mom to take a Police Officer with her to get her phone back in working order as she may need it for an emergency, but cannot see the screen to dial 911. She is 92 years old. Treat her like she's 92 years old. Thank you!”

“I had an exceptional experience with Juan and the manager at the Desert Blvd location. I came in with a phone that would not turn on. Juan was able to reset my phone and get it up and running. Juan answered all of my many questions about purchasing a new phone was very patient and thorough. He went over upgrades and other promotions and was able to get us a $10 monthly discount on youtube premium. I will definitely come to this location again for future purchases.”
