“Bryan was an excellent Verizon Salesman. He helped me select a new phone and prior to the sharing of info on my old phone to my new phone via Smart Switch, he deleted many of my accrued apps that were not good for my phone's operation in that they were prone to viruses. He is very smart and aware of the technology that keeps growing every day (it seems) haha. I strongly recommend this store and it's staff!”

“The employees walking around the store and in different areas are always very friendly and helpful. The cashiers on the other hand, seem like they really hate their job. No smile, no greeting, no thank you, and overall seem like they really dont want to be there. Its typically younger guys and girls.”

“My Mom got her phone here, and it has not worked for her since she brought it in for Servicing. A Sales Representative took her phone, deleted some stuff, and gave it back to her without any volume and the image disappears before she finishes dialing a phone number (screen time was reduced). I told her to take it back with a witness, and will be contacting the Police if they continue to abuse the Elderly, in the fashion that they don't understand technology, nor jargon about the usage and functions of a Cellphone. I told my Mom to take a Police Officer with her to get her phone back in working order as she may need it for an emergency, but cannot see the screen to dial 911. She is 92 years old. Treat her like she's 92 years old. Thank you!”

“I had an exceptional experience with Juan and the manager at the Desert Blvd location. I came in with a phone that would not turn on. Juan was able to reset my phone and get it up and running. Juan answered all of my many questions about purchasing a new phone was very patient and thorough. He went over upgrades and other promotions and was able to get us a $10 monthly discount on youtube premium. I will definitely come to this location again for future purchases.”
