“I went to this OZK location in Carrollton and was on the receiving end of world class customer service and off the chart communicatn and people's skills of branch manager Ellie Aguilar and banker sunnana Tandon.Ellie Aguilar and Sunanna Tandon are not only exceptional in provindg off the chart service but also extremely effective and knowledgeable and knowing OZK programs/ promotions/ offers and all the necessary tools to take care and please the clients.I was in the branch to close and open a CD plus open checking acct.and set online banking etc etc and everything was done right and according to my happiness and satisfaction.Not only Ellie and Sunanna are extremely knowledgeable soft spoken great listeners and believe in providing world class service and made me feel they eat live and breathe customer service.What impressed me the most about Ellie and Sunanna is their willingness to go extra mile to help a client and their communication and people's skills are second to none and their job expertise are by far the best that I have ever observed and I can easily say sky is the limit for them and they can bring lots of clients and great revenues to OZK in bigger and better capacity.”

Many times I've had to wait 20 to 40 minutes and don't get the answer to solve the challenge. I now go direct to the branch I deal with the most. They get to the bottom of problem.”
