Website did not work.Agents on internet spoke very limited English.Rates are very misleading. Truck one way rate was $200 which was great. But had to add insurance for an additional $200. Truck was clean but heater did not work. This was a disaster.

Horrible customer service. Made a reservation and there’s no one at the office. Horrible! Just use Uhaul!

Rented an RV from this place. They forgot to include kitchen kit, had leaks above both beds and then charged me $50 for cleaning fee for crumbs in a corner and sinks not scrubbed to a shine. Not ideal.
