“I am trying to enter my storage unit today. But the gate of the storage building is like this. It's in this situation for several weeks.
Just an update: I found out there is a code pad at the building entrance. You just need to enter your gate code, same as when you enter at facility gate. The building gate will open.
This gate keep our storage unit more private. It's much better. Thank you for this service. I am sorry for misunderstanding earlier. I should ask the front desk first.”

“I have been with Self-Store seems like forever, but in the last few years my health has been a big problem. I'm having to get my heart shocked a few times a year and I've had trouble keeping up with things because of it. Luckily, the property manager, Taylor, is a saint. She values each and every customer and I see that with my own eyes every time I go down to the office to check on my account. She also knows everything about storage property management because she has been doing it and regular property management for decades. She not only can answer every question I've ever asked her, but she knows way more details then I even needed to know. I always feel confident that Taylor is taking care of my stuff and protecting it from things like the weather, pests, theft, and adverse action. I'm pretty sure she could even handle an asteroid strike or a zombie apocalypse and my stuff would still be in pretty good shape. Whenever I have to go to the hospital to get my heart shocked, when they're putting me to sleep, I always wonder if this time I'm not going to wake up, but I never have to wonder if my stuff is going to be okay either way. I always trust in Taylor and I know you can too.”

I called the number on the kiosk door: got a nice person to set me up with a reservation to see the property. Robert met me less than 1 hour after and was super nice and showed me what I needed. I will be renting at this location and give them kudos for their customer service.”

“The locating the truck and pickup was easy. There was an additional charge on my final bill for a dolly rental that I did not pay for upon the initial reservation that I didn't use (movers had their own), that I didn't know to take out prior to leaving with the truck. I should have checked inside before leaving but other than that I had absolutely no issues dropping off as well. Very friendly staff. Paul allowed me to extend my time without any additional charges. Would rent here again.”
