“For the last three weekends in a row now, I have enjoyed a Great Experience here at Comfort Inn & Suites in Red Oak Texas! It is now my Go-To Must Stay every time I am in town. As a OTR Commercial Truck Driver, finding a Comfortable and Quiet Place to stay and rest is really important. As I walk in, Debbie always has a sincere smile and greets me by name and make sure I feel Welcome each time I am able to return back here. In the industry of Customer Service, Debbie definitely takes her job seriously, and makes sure all the guests have everything ready to have the best experience possible. The rooms are always nice, quiet and comfortable and exactly what I was hoping for and expected.
Locally, Red Oak offers the convenience of many shops (Including Walmart) and restaurants for every favorite food type and style located nearby. I will definitely be coming back here to Comfort Inn in the future!

“I was in the area for business, and just looking for something cheap.
There's a lovely pool here, the room was extremely clean, the hotel was quiet, the AC worked well, there was a mini fridge and free breakfast.
This hotel probably hasn't had any major updates since the 90s and it gives it some charm.
The lady and the front desk was cordial and got me checked in quickly.
My only complaint really would be the beds.
Was it the lap of luxury? No.
Was it a 'best value' - absolutely!”
“Finally found a very Nice motel after three HORRID Experiences at three Motel 6's!. The Reception guy was very courteous and mild-mannered we didn't have any batteries for the remote control and it wasn't a problem for him to give us new batteries. The location is nice and quiet and the beds are comfortable I had a very nice stay”

Working out of town and not knowing when I’m going to be sent somewhere else, she changed my room fees and refunded me a fair price for the days I didn’t stay. “The rooms here were nice and clean, the breakfast was good and filling. The service at the front counter and serving the continental breakfast was nice. The location right on I-35 on the southern side of the Dallas Metroplex was well suited to my groups needs, and the prices for this hotel was on the cheaper side compared to many other hotels in the area.”

“The front desk staff member was nice and helpful. However, the room condition was disappointing and concerning. The TV appeared to be falling, and the stand did not seem stable enough to hold it safely. The shower head handle was also detached. These are basic maintenance issues that should have been fixed before assigning the room to a guest.
The staff experience was positive, but the physical condition of the room needs serious attention and did not meet the standard I expect from a Hilton property.”

“Ok people lets be real!!!! They are not the greatest rooms in a hotel i may have seen. However they are remodeling and from what i have seen it's gonna be awesome! Maids are on a daily and as well seen them there as late as 9-10pm working to keep things clean. Management team here is undoubtedly so sincere, heartfelt, compassion, and polite!! Think about this, if you piss someone off........how do you expect politeness in return??? Anyways also CHEAPER than almost EVERY HOTEL within 5 miles. So give them a chance, you'll be satisfied, unless you are that up-tight then maybe you should have stayed at your house.”

“So, to start with the person at the front desk was great. She was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is good as it's right off of one of the main roads. Now for the okay but not so great part. The hallways had an unpleasant odor. The room was clean but very dated. The lighting is pretty dim, and the water pressure is extremely low. No house cleaning was done during our stay. The air conditioner worked well. It definitely was not worth the price they charge to stay here.”

“The hotel is located by lots of restaurants and it’s recently renovated, the gym is small and the pool is extremely old (the pool area needs a makeover) but the staff is extremely nice and helpful. I will add pictures of the facility below”
