“Jetted Tub was not useable due to cleanliness, there was black hair, and foreign objects in the bottom and slides of the tub. Not only was the side of the tub / wood work cracked there was a deceased cockroach on the tile surrounding the tub. There was also a constant smell of marijuana in my room on the first floor, especially leaking into the restroom. Entering the hotel there were individuals sleeping in their vehicles. My myself and guest decided to cut our trip short and leave this hotel 24 hours early without a refund.”

“We stopped for one night driving through to Austin. Rooms were great and very clean. We were able to refresh after a long day driving.Hotel was busy but the staff was super friendly.Elevator was down, but it wasn't a big deal. Not having breakfast included was a bummer, but not a deal breaker.”

“The shower in my room barely worked, it just kind of dripped out with no pressure at all. They say that breakfast is available from 6am-11am, but by 9 am there were no breakfast items left and they do not refill it . So unless you plan on eating at 6 am, forget breakfast . The rooms were nice and it was cleanFood & drinks: Tan out of breakfast by 9 am and no microwaves in the rooms”

“I stayed here while going to school,the staff is the best ,the place is spotless,the lady whom looks after morning breakfast, should be mentioned all by herself,she is amazing for what u offer.she keeps ur dining area spotless n keeps people whom are not sanitary from keeping there hands off the food ,hats off , especially when there a repeat offender.obiviousy other staff older gentleman.hats off to your young lady for ur vigilance.yoyr employer should be greatful for having u work there”

“Excellent hotel and even better employees. I was going through a very difficult time and they were non judgemental and they didn't harass me like 2 previous Best Western Hotels I have stayed at recently. This will be my "go to" hotel from now on while traveling in the United States. This is a safe space.Rooms: Clean and comfortable.Safety: I felt very safe. Lots of families staying there and they were very friendly. The front desk person was always available unlike other hotels I have stayed at recently.Walkability: There is a strip mall next door with a grocery store.Food & drinks: Breakfast was very good. Drinks, frozen meals & snacks for sale at the front desk.”

“My husband and I are not hard to please. We have been through a lot and have a great appreciation towards what others wouldn't see a blessing. Rachel ( I hope I spelled her name right lol), Tina and sweet, sweet Melissa, are who we would call family now. They're welcoming, innerstanding, have beautiful hearts and are full of luv in their own ways. We have two of our 6 kiddos with us and have been here about 2 weeks and they made sure that we were comfortable. It's not always easy dealing with their type of job but it doesn't stop their positive energy and smiles. They remain the same everyday. If anyone is not so satisfied with the hotel rooms, please know that these ladies can make up for any inconveniences by simply being present in the front office. They are attentive and are willing to put effort into helping making the visit more pleasant. They need a raise! ?✨Needless to say, we thank you!!”

“I'm currently staying here. When I first checked in I was a little worried but once I got to the room, I was very pleased. It was nice and clean and smelled cleaned. I like that it has a walk in shower with the rain shower head. The staff is very nice. My only complaint is I have a dog that is always on a leash when I walk him but some of the other guest who has dogs doesn't have them on a leash when outside. My dog doesn't like other dogs running up on him so that's the only complaint. All dogs should be on a leash while outside. Felicia”

“I was a student with Schneider and wow, they do everything but a red carpet for you here.Rooms were cleaned EVERY day while I was gone at training. The staff, especially Zander and the manager, Trini, were phenomenal. I'd expect that level of customer service from someplace really fancy, not a comfort inn. They treat you right with each and every interaction and went above and beyond the bar.Lastly there's a TON of food served hot and plenty at 5am. Biscuits, eggs, and a rotation between sausage and ham. Little things of yogurt, various breads, and fresh banana and apples.I'll be visiting again!”

“I was expecting the worst when I drove up to the property, but was pleasantly surprised by the size and condition of the room. It is nice, roomy, remodeled, quiet, and clean. The staff at the front desk has been very helpful. There is no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker. Just be prepared. I only use the fridge. So, this is not a big problem for me. I have my cooler, which is enough.”

“They are a work in progress. The clerks are always friendly and helpful. The location is right off of Highway 67 and Camp Wisdom. Behind 7 eleven. Some of the rooms aren't the greatest but it takes time. Some of them have been updated and have really good water pressure in the shower.Walkability: 7eleven is right next door and across the street from there is a Texaco there's a couple of smoke shops available. They are all pretty friendly for the most part.”

“Elizabeth at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were so clean and the beds were the most comfortable I have been in at a hotel. We will def stay here again! The breakfast was on point and offered a variety of options. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. The tv cable wasn’t awesome but it was fine with what we needed for our one night stay. I am most impressed with the cleanliness- it smelled nice and kudos to the housekeeping staff!!! Now the area is outside is not great but just make sure you take all your belongings-would be nice if there was security present-but it’s a lot better than staying in Dallas. I mean I’m not sure anywhere around there is a super safe place outside but in the hotel we felt pretty safe- it did look like someone got in our car but we had gotten everything out so they didn’t get to take anything. Maybe add some security cameras outside at least. :)”
