“For the last three weekends in a row now, I have enjoyed a Great Experience here at Comfort Inn & Suites in Red Oak Texas! It is now my Go-To Must Stay every time I am in town. As a OTR Commercial Truck Driver, finding a Comfortable and Quiet Place to stay and rest is really important. As I walk in, Debbie always has a sincere smile and greets me by name and make sure I feel Welcome each time I am able to return back here. In the industry of Customer Service, Debbie definitely takes her job seriously, and makes sure all the guests have everything ready to have the best experience possible. The rooms are always nice, quiet and comfortable and exactly what I was hoping for and expected.
Locally, Red Oak offers the convenience of many shops (Including Walmart) and restaurants for every favorite food type and style located nearby. I will definitely be coming back here to Comfort Inn in the future!

“So I stayed here on a business trip. I have to say I have been in a few hotels, and most of the time I have to grade on a curve because the staff was so caring. This was a very clean Hotel. The staff treated me quickly and promptly, which I enjoyed. The location couldn’t have been better. I was very close to everything! I can’t see how I could ask for more. I gave it 5 stars but would give more if I could.”

Working out of town and not knowing when I’m going to be sent somewhere else, she changed my room fees and refunded me a fair price for the days I didn’t stay. The cleaning staff was impeccable, keeping my room clean every day, fresh towels, and navigating around all my belongings from work. Best Bang for my buck!!”
“Finally found a very Nice motel after three HORRID Experiences at three Motel 6's!. The Reception guy was very courteous and mild-mannered we didn't have any batteries for the remote control and it wasn't a problem for him to give us new batteries. The location is nice and quiet and the beds are comfortable I had a very nice stay”

“The rooms here were nice and clean, the breakfast was good and filling. The service at the front counter and serving the continental breakfast was nice. The location right on I-35 on the southern side of the Dallas Metroplex was well suited to my groups needs, and the prices for this hotel was on the cheaper side compared to many other hotels in the area.”

“The front desk staff member was nice and helpful. However, the room condition was disappointing and concerning. The TV appeared to be falling, and the stand did not seem stable enough to hold it safely. The shower head handle was also detached. These are basic maintenance issues that should have been fixed before assigning the room to a guest.
The staff experience was positive, but the physical condition of the room needs serious attention and did not meet the standard I expect from a Hilton property.”

“So, to start with the person at the front desk was great. She was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is good as it's right off of one of the main roads. Now for the okay but not so great part. The hallways had an unpleasant odor. The room was clean but very dated. The lighting is pretty dim, and the water pressure is extremely low. No house cleaning was done during our stay. The air conditioner worked well. It definitely was not worth the price they charge to stay here.”

“I stayed here a few years back and it was awful. It wasn’t clean and the beds were way too hard. I chose it this time due to location and price. I was pleasantly surprised with the changes. My room was clean and updated, the staff friendly. The coffee was actually decent and the shower was amazing. The beds are still underwhelming but not terrible.”

“Im a trucker local to the dallas area, and my truck was out of commission during a 4 day holiday weekend. I had some days to kill so i decided on a 4 day stay here. I was surprised at the hotel stay, its got all the basics, good bed, cold AC, good shower. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room glad serviced regularly. I was in a non smoking room and it didnt smell like smoke! (That is hard to find lol) also the hotel was quiet and it didnt seem to be a party hotel thankfully”

The owners are very nice and understanding people. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Hotel rooms are very clean and the staff is very nice. All the ownership and management are great people.
