“This is my favorite target to shop at cause of proximity and cleanliness. They had a new layout change over the last year and it does make more sense than the previous layout. My only drawback going here is lately there have been lots of stray shopping carts in the parking lot and on medians cause of lazy shoppers. These carts don’t get collected quick enough and I am always bringing or collecting extra ones to be able to park and or make sure they don’t run into my car.”
“Can't say enough good things for Brian's customer service. I went in to transfer my 95 year old dad's phone to my account. He helped me to navigate the entire process and stayed with us through the end. And we closed the store. That's how long it took and that's how patient he was. I liked that there was a que at this location that indicated how many people were in front of you. I ended up taking a couple of calls as we waited which was very helpful and efficient.”

I ended up not going with T-Mobile due to some other things with my current provider, but if she was willing to help out someone who she knew wasn’t going to be a customer, just imagine how much help she would provide a customer. “What a like about being a consistent customer. Here is the fact that Metro hires people that truly no phones and are not guessing or playing around with your phone and still don't get it right. I truly can respect the fact that the staff will get things done no matter what you ask. I'm not happy that an upgrade is the price of a regular phone. To me that is not an upgrade that's just buying another phone unnecessarily”
