“All stores within a 5-10mins radius are closed today with the weather. Took me several stops but finally, this location is open & was happily and nicely greeted by Steph! She has outstanding customer service max professionalism, she took care and time to hear me out. I had lost all hope and was so overwhelmed, my phone didn’t want to power on anymore and I had some extremely important stuff I needed to recover.
