“Well, I went to that terrible AT&T store in Cedar Hill and hated it! even the sales person tried not to get me to go to the Duncanville store, by telling me that it was going to be hard to find, dude I have GPS, and I went to the Duncanville store and got helped out immediately. That will be my go to ATT&T store from now on. Cedar Hill sucks!”

And Gernisha was really helpful and sweet as well on 8-31-23 with helping me with my Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Bluetooth setup. These 2 people are amazing and even though there's a Cricket Wireless closer to my house I purposely come to this one because of their amazing service!! Keep up the good work you two!!”

“I was in desperate need of getting my daughter’s iPhone repaired but was skeptical when it came to repair shops because of the horror stories I’d heard. But when I came across Moe’s iRepair and saw their 5 star rating, I figured why not?!When I got there, the gentleman at the counter was nice. I was told payment was due upfront and all I saw was a huge red flag. He definitely picked up on my hesitation when I asked about payment prior to receiving a repaired device back and he was totally understandable and asked if it was my first time at his shop. When I said yes, he told me to come back in about 30min and it would be ready and that I could pay when I got back. I was so relieved! He basically told me that he’d allow it with hopes of me being a repeat customer.I went back to pick up the phone and all was well. The screen was repaired and I had no issues or concerns. The screen I had repaired is just one of the devices I have that needs repair and it’s safe to say that I’ll be bringing the others as well!”
