Since there has been a change in ownership, the policies have changed and unfortunately you cannot leave your dog for longer than an hour and 30 minutes so in the past I used to take my dog drop her off before work pick her up after work, but now you have to pay a fee, that fee is $30 additional unfortunately I don’t have that kind of money to spend so it is unfortunate and in addition to that they do not groom on Saturday. Other than that they do excellent job on the grooming of your dog, so I guess it’s a 50-50 out of 100

I used them for my 9 year old golden retriever who is reactive to small dogs, and my first encounter with Chelsea was when I was overwhelmed and in tears because I just tired of the reactivity and knowing that my golden was not mean or aggressive at baseline and she was so calm and reassuring. I was anxious about leaving him with them for so long but when I came to pick him up, he was right at home with the trainers and he is a new man on his leash. They were great in teaching me how to continue his training at home and left me feeling like I made the right move, even with an older pup. His walks on leash are much more enjoyable and I wish I had chosen to take this step much earlier in his life. Would recommend this crew hands down and would use them again if I ever need to train another dog (won’t need to because George will live forever! ?)

Try this place because you will hate commercialized pizza once you taste Sam's. We will have to try their pasta and sandwiches next time.
