The customer service we receive every time we go in is outstanding! I have to give Ruby in grooming a shout out. Shes amazing and so loving towards my fur babies! I absolutely love how much the employees at this location are so passionate about the pets as well as the owner's. We will always be loyal customers to our friendly neighborhood Petco!

I dropped my pup off and instantly knew she was in good hands. When I picked her up she was very happy and looked absolutely beautiful. I am always nervous when we try out a new groomer but they didn’t disappoint! And they’re open on Saturdays so that also a plus!

Midlo Mutt Hut
1240 Eastgate Rd, MidlothianWe took our dog Teddy to get groomed for the second time at Mutt Hutt because the first experience was absolutely amazing. Our little guy came home happy as to where he did not have that same experience at other groomers. The second time we took him, we did experience a slight issue, but the groomers took full responsibility and took care of Teddy and all the expenses that it took to get the issue resolved. They went above and beyond and we will definitely continue to use them. Shout out to Heather for her exceptional care of Teddy!

4470 US-287 BUS, MidlothianWe’ve been seeing Dr. Welsh for about 10 years now. She is kind, knowledgeable and answers all questions. I don’t feel like she’s in a hurry when she’s talking to me. We’ve had 3 dogs with her now. The oldest had to be euthanized and her staff was very compassionate and helpful. Now with a puppy they are patient and helpful. Highly recommend!

110 North 13th Street, MidlothianCrispy good bacon. Chilaquiles De La Casa somewhat spicy with the red sauce. Cheese was very melty and the chips they use hold up and stay crispy. I wished there was a bit more eggs. I got a side of bacon, and that was impressive. 3 nice crispy strips. Many times the bacon at Mexican places are low quality and not very crispy. They did it right though. Chips and salsa was good but not special. Coffee was typical for a mexican place. Staff was super friendly and prices were fair. If I lived here I know I would be back. 1 thing I did not like was the advertising on the tables. That was dreadful and cost a star. This ain't the internet. I don't need to see constant ads while dining

Midlothian Animal Shelter
1050 U.S. Hwy 67, MidlothianToday I had one of the best experiences I've had in all my years working in animal welfare, and I want to recognize the incredible staff at the Midlothian Animal Shelter.
We brought back a dog that had originally been adopted from the shelter but was later surrendered to our shelter . Even though shelters everywhere are overwhelmed and operating at capacity, the staff welcomed him back with genuine kindness, compassion, and professionalism. They even remembered him, which made his return feel less like a transfer back to the original adoption agency and more like he was coming home.
Their empathy, dedication, and commitment to the animals in their care were evident every step of the way. In a field that can be emotionally exhausting, it was inspiring to see a team that treats every animal with such dignity and every person with such respect.
Thank you to everyone at the Midlothian Animal Shelter for providing such an outstanding customer experience and, more importantly, for the exceptional care you give to the animals who depend on you. Your compassion truly makes a difference.
