“I went to the Cedar Hill location to fill up a propane waited for literally 25 minutes while these young kids sit on their phone inside stay away from Cedar Hill U-Haul for any kind of propane
I went to this location the manager literally came out with great customer service I was in and out within 5 minutes I highly recommend this place for any kind of propane fill up they close at 3:00 on Saturdays”

“This was my first time renting a U-haul truck and the whole process was pleasant and smooth. From reserving the time and truck type online to checking in. The front desk guy was super cool and helpful, I ended up needing to change the tuck size because i needed the ramp option and he made the changes in a few seconds. Overall a smooth process, would highly recommend this location to anybody.”
“The only problem we had was when the delivery guy called, his phone number came up as a private number. My phone doesn't accept private numbers. Fortunately, we were home and were able to catch him before he left.”
