“Aungelique the General Manager on hearing me as I entered the store, having heard me from an earlier call, greeted me in welcoming me to the store by calling my last name.To be called by my name at my regular U-Haul at PNS Motor Corp in NY was accepted as a norm because I have had a twenty year relationship. But to be greeted by having my named called with the proper pronunciation at first entering the store was impressive...and the further service by representatives, Devon at check-in and Ricky upon returning was excellent. I commend this location to anyone who relies upon recommendations in deciding where to go to receive a similar experience.”

Needed to know ahead of time if using the app to take pictures IN the app Before depositing keys in drop! I had taken pictures of speedmonitor but on my phone.
