“I was on the verge of breaking down when I called in to this location. My u boxes had taken 7+ days to arrive but George stepped in and saved the day. George & Norman from the bottom of my heart I cannot thank you enough for showing up on a Saturday to assist me. Everyone in Texas has been so kind and gracious to me. I can finally relax in my house with my furniture! I live 45 miles from this location but if I ever need to do business with U Haul I will choose East Arlington every time!”
“I went to the Cedar Hill location to fill up a propane waited for literally 25 minutes while these young kids sit on their phone inside stay away from Cedar Hill U-Haul for any kind of propane
I went to this location the manager literally came out with great customer service I was in and out within 5 minutes I highly recommend this place for any kind of propane fill up they close at 3:00 on Saturdays”
