“I came in today for an oil change and tire pressure check and...let me tell you...they hooked me up!! Since my oil was so black, they recommended an engine flush on top of the regular oil change; they couldn't find the code for the flush service, so they ended up giving to me as a free service ? I had an amazing, stess free experience! Jake, specifically, was awesome; he explained everything and was patient with all or my questions; they are lucky to have him as an employee. I strongly recommend this location for service if you're looking for quality and kindness!”

“Highly recommend LBS - they are fast, flexible, efficient and do great work. the customer service was top notch, Haleigh was super responsive and helpful, she took the time to go over all the details and recommendations to help me understand what was going on. I especially appreciated the 'considered but not recommended' items - typically you get upsold on every minor thing possible and i personally dont know enough about cars to be able to judge what is critical vs nice to have, so it was extra awesome to get a good picture of minor/potential issues along with the peace of mind that an expert is telling me it's ok to hold off on it for now. I am super pleased with the results at a very reasonable price so will be taking my car here from now on.”
“So pleased with this shop, I had to take the time and post a review. On my 2000 Ford Excursion 7.3 diesel, they fixed the A/C (found an issue no one else found), replaced injectors and fuel pump, fuel system and tank cleaned, fixed the fuel gauge, replaced leaking differential gasket and changed fluid, replaced worn out battery terminals, replaced worn out fan clutch, aimed the headlights, fixed the hard shift in the transmission that I have dealt with since 2009! No one else could fix that. After the needed engine repair Gary test drove it and said "I can fix that hard shift too if you want." Indeed he did. Its got 410,000+ miles and drives like new! Very fair and competitive prices. Fast service, fixed right! Amy handles the paper work and keeps everything open and honest, and is very knowledgeable in automotive repair. Best shop I've ever done business with. They work on gas vehicles too. All of my vehicle maintenance and repairs will go to them. If you need a good mechanic, just go there.”

“I have been going to true auto for a number of years! I have also sent my son's there. Unfortunately in this day and age it's hard to find really honest people.
I had my Nissan towed over from Walmart it had a really bad oil leak! When I got it over to true auto they told me it my just be the oil cooler o rings. And if that was the case it would be $400.00 less than worse case. I told them to go ahead and do the work I trusted them. They could have told me that they had to do more and charged me I had already given them the ok!

“I am overjoyed with the outcome of my vehicle. I had problems with my steering wheel shaking after exceeding 60mph. I went to multiple big name brands with no solutions. I finally tried Lambs Tire and after checking everything that could be the problem, they narrowed it down to bad tire balancing. Tires were properly balanced and no more issues. They will now be my Tire source.”

“I called Miguel because my 2023 Sequoia was not riding right: it was downright uncomfortable. That shouldn’t be the case for a vehicle that costs what it does! I had been to the Toyota dealership 10 times - they would rebalance tires. They replaced two tires when it only had 25,000 miles. So I put 4 newMichelin tires on. That did not fix it! Nothing worked to get rid of vibration. So I took it back to Toyota and told them to replace rear shocks. They wouldn’t because rear shocks were supposedly fine. At the Toyota dealership, I did a google search for “suspension near me” and I hit on Miguel’s shop. I asked him if he had something better than Toyota rear shocks. He said he could improve the ride for sure. Then Miguel placed on his lift and checked the drive shaft (which was shaking). He suggested taking to Toyota since my Sequoia only had 27,000 miles. I did. Sure enough! They found the drive shaft was the problem and they replaced it under warranty! Previously, I had taken to Toyota at least 10 times and all I got was a wheel balance (never fixing the problem). Thank you, Miguel, for finding the real problem!!!!”

I brought the car to them for the state inspection; but I was also concerned that other maintenance might be long overdue, since family illness had put such things at a very low priority for a very long time.
