“I am having the greatest experience at this suite style hotel.
From the beginning of my booking, Lillian guided me along the way. Each time I called, she happily answered all of my questions and was very welcoming.
Also Nija has stood out the most to us and made the most positive impact. She is an excellent communicator, she's experienced, cheerful, and kind...I could go on and on about her.
Instead, I'll simply suggest this hotel for any stay in the Cedar Park area. Besides the staff, the rooms are tidy and comforting.
They also offer great amenities, with a tasty breakfast and handy social hour, Monday thru Wednesday.”

“Had a great weekend stay here for a weekend event. Easy freeway access, plenty around and nicely maintained.
Dan, the breakfast attendant deserves special recognition . I stay in a lot of hotels and I can say I have never seen anyone take care of a breakfast area the way he does. The food was always well stocked, the counters wiped spotless, everything organized etc. when he wasn’t stocking, he was sweeping and emptying trash.
Can’t say enough about Dan!”

“I considered a 3-star review, but the service was so nice and the location is so great that I bumped it up.
Our room (104) was musty and humid as possible, literally to the point that we considered buying a dehumidifier. The mustiness also created a nasty odor. Not dirty, just musty. This combined to make sleep less than ideal. The stay was great otherwise and met our needs.”
“Edit: Rooms are nice & roomy. Lobby is warm & inviting with reading nooks. Only a few restaurants & stores nearby. It was a very bad idea to have a hotel next to a place that has outdoor live music (Hautespot)! Couldn't sleep until around 11:30pm! This was not cool...very disappointing!”

“Sabrina at the front desk was exceptional. Due to health reason, I have to check rooms first. She took it in stride, showing us three possible rooms, helped us with booking and everything, all while helping four or five others. She did it all with ease, a real smile and efficiency. It was a welcome change from the type of service that is standard these days.
I have worked in the hospitality industry so it was refreshing to see someone with old school work values and ethics. Management would be smart to keep her.”
