“Been with spectrum for about 20 years. We had obsolete equipment so they mailed us some new equipment and I had to return the old. This location was the closest and I had the option to either send it back UPS or go into a store. So glad I went in. The two gentlemen that helped me there Xean and Another man that I feel terrible for not getting his name. Xean Opened up my account after scanning my equipment in and was like wow you have a lot of different options that could save you some money. When I tell you, I’ve been trying to accomplish this over the phone For years without success, I just figured we couldn’t get a better price and he took it upon himself To be proactive with getting that cost down. I didn’t have to sacrifice any of the services that I already had. I highly recommend personally visiting the store rather than dealing with online or over the phone representatives. It’s a whole different world and I didn’t realize it until just a few days ago. I was so overjoyed I actually went and bought the two lunch. Great personalities Eager to help it’s a rarity in the customer service business these days so y’all hit it out of the park thank you so much!”

“Went to this store because I've always had good luck here. Today was no exception. I had a broken screen and didn't want to figure out the process of trying to use my insurance. Alanha (sp?) Helped me out as soon as I walked in. I told her the situation on my phone. She checked it out, then dug in setting me up an appt with the cell phone repair place nearby. She was very pleasant, quick and friendly. That's the way I like it. Give her a raise!”
