“I have purchased multiple rings and one pair of earrings from this location. I was driving today and noticed that one of diamonds on my anniversary ring was missing. I was so heartbroken and frantic when I called Helzberg and spoke to Mr. Jairo. He was really patient with me because I was losing it.
He told me to bring the ring in and they were took a look at my warranties and see what they could do. Bless this man because he was able to look at my information and tell me that everything was going to be OK.

“We went to this store for ear piercing for our baby, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The entire team was very welcoming, kind, and patient with us. They clearly explained all the available stud options and helped us choose the right one without any pressure.
One thing we really appreciated was that the piercing service was included, and everything was handled very professionally. The staff member who did the piercing was extremely skilled and careful. They applied a numbing cream first and waited about 20–30 minutes to ensure minimal discomfort. The piercing itself was quick, smooth, and almost painless for our baby.
Hygiene and cleanliness were top-notch, and they also explained the after-care instructions clearly. We were even given a certificate after the procedure, which was a nice touch.

“Super cool store! I bought a Buddha lamp, beautiful door chimes and this really quirky bathroom read book. If you spend at least $40 you get a free face mask. ? Ty! As of 11/1 Lakeline extended there hours from 7pm till 9pm. Some of the stores closed early, but this store stayed open till 9. Great customer service. Highly recommend.”
“Go and ask for Hannah! She was super sweet and helpful. We started off just browsing and we ended up getting both our 2nd lobes pierced. She helped us pick out the perfect studs, made sure placement was good and was patient and quick when piercing. I can’t recommend her enough!!
