“First time experience at the CPL on Lakeline. Took my wife for her lab work and we had a great experience. We got there about 8:30 am. The front desk was friendly and prompt in taking her information. Had 2 people in front of us. We were there probably 15 minutes total and she was done. Her results were posted that afternoon in her portal. We couldn’t have asked for better service!”
“Fastest blood draw I’ve ever had. Walked in, signed in fast, only waited 3 mins to get my blood drawn by a super cool lady with tattoos and black glasses (wish I got her name). I was nervous but she made it so quick and easy. I was lucky enough to have a easy to find vein on my arm. 10/10 recommend sorry to those that had a bad experience!!”
“Kimberly was wonderful! I don’t do well with blood work, but she made sure I felt comfortable and didn’t feel a thing! She was very sweet and compassionate. Very quick process. Will definitely be back!”
“Highly recommend making an appointment. Those with appointments were seen within 10 minutes of their scheduled time. As a walk-in I waited at least half an hour, which was OK for me. The check-in screen doesn't offer any confirmation if your lab orders were located/received, so it seemed a person could sit and wait for a walk-in appointment only to be turned away when a clinician is ready to see them. Wasn't the case with me, but something you should be aware of when planning to come for labs. The phlebotomist was friendly and performed the task with expertise. The waiting room is pretty small and not to comfortable.”
““Excellent clinic, excellent staff. Dr. Cecilia Hippolyta is simply the best doctor and pediatrician—attentive, sensitive, knowledgeable, and meticulous. The nurse who works with her is also a very good person, very friendly and kind.””
“The staff work as fast as possible but do pay attention to details. I’ve been there so many times and think it’s a great place. I’ve watched them spend a lot of time with people who have a complicated situation, calling their doctors and pharmacies.”
