“This is a great place to rent a unit. The storage facility is clean and the team there is top notch. Jason was always responsive, and kind, and helped make out move out processes flawless. Shout-out to Avery for also being really kind. It was very appreciated. The only thing I will warn folks about is to call and ask what the *actual* price of the unit is, the deal you get online is not the forever price of the unit. Don't get stuck over paying, not in this economy. :)”
“Rented a 10x10 at this location for about 9 months. I am extremely pleased with the total experience. Easy in and out, clean ( as a storage facility can be) and very secure!! “I just signed up for storage here at Storage direct Self storage . When I arrived to check in at the office to receive my entry code, I was greeted by Lexi who knew my name just as I walked into the office. She made my son and I feel at home right away and went out of her way to set us up comfortably. She spent quite a bit of her time to make make us aware of all of the services and benefits of their services. Extremely impressed and recommend highly. If I could give her ten stars instead of just five, I would do so (and, no, I’m not a relative of hers)”
“I moved into the Storage Facility off Hudson Bend Rd so many years ago it's hard to remember when. It was a great place, close to where i lived and a quiet small storage facility. I was very pleased with
Tillman and had no issues with him or the facility. I went thru several managers while there and was pleased with Jane. But she retired ... needed to and is now enjoying doing nothing. But her replacement Shana Harbor was even more fabulous by far. Smart and always available to answer any questions ...for me, gate code or whether not I had paid my bill, misc. And surprisingly she would answer and be available even after hours. Wow! I remember thinking on several occasions that I had waited too late to call and missed her. But low and behold she would answer. So thoughtful of her not to make me wait. It also made me feel that the facility would be on alert if there had been a real emergency. Not only was Shana efficient but polite. The way folks should be when conducting business, Texas manners. Gonna try to stay ouf of needing storage space for a long time and get rid of it instead, lol. So will not be talking to Shan again saddenly. Remember I was there for years. So if you have a chance to get a space better grab it. I waited 3 years to get mine.”
