“I stored my van at Steve’s Round Rock location for 6 months and felt like it was very secure with the locked gate and multiple cameras pointing in every direction. You get 24 hour access with assigned codes. I had to contact Steve just to have help setting up payments and he was very responsive and immediately helpful. Notice to cancel my rental spot was very easy too. Within 2 minutes of sending an e-mail during business hours, they handled my cancellation immediately. So cannot puny on it being available when you might need it.The elevators are limited and slow. The moving hand carts are in need of being replaced. Or at the very least have the ability to secure the handle to the cart. It is awkward that it comes out all the time when moving items to your storage unit.The units wer clean as was the facility.”

Go to some of these other places it is just kiosk with nobody around and no way to even see the space your are about to rent.”

“Closebox was just fantastic with our pick-up, which we were told would be free. We had Toby and Joel as movers, both nice guys who assessed the various room and furniture items prior to starting to load them all into the truck. They were on-time and were done in less than 3 hours. Luckily, we had already moved most small and medium boxes in the garage, which probably made the process easier for both of us, and allowing them to back up the truck into the driveway for easier loading. Though it was an extremely anxious and strenuous move for us (parting with ALL belongings is never easy), knowing our belongings were in good hands during the loading process was very reassuring. Many items were also wrapped in moving blankets, such as furniture, chairs, pictures, etc. By 10:30am they were finished, and I was able to make my flight at 12:25pm. We also want to thank the customer reps at Closetbox who were very friendly and patient to answer our many questions before and after. Thanks Closetbox! Andrew and Laura”

American Boat and RV is the same price I was paying and has water, air, and a dump station. Id advise anyone to check this place out Mike F.”
