“I just had the pleasure of speaking with Martha at Extra Space Storage, and she was an absolute blessing. I called in to cancel my account, and she made the whole process so easy. She was super helpful, patient, and incredibly kind the entire time.
My belongings were always well kept and easily accessible 24/7, which gave me real peace of mind. It’s rare these days to come across customer service that feels this genuine, and because of how well I was treated, I’ll absolutely be using this facility again.

“Extra Space Storage made the whole process shockingly easy. Signing up online was a breeze, the prices were great, and the instructions were easy to follow — which is saying something, because I am absolutely capable of overthinking a locked gate and a unit number.
The facility itself is immaculately clean. Like, “did someone just deep-clean this place for a magazine shoot?” clean.
Even though the process was very simple, Nisha, the on-site manager, was incredibly patient with me since finding my way out of wet paper can be difficult. She was kind, helpful, and took the time to answer everything without making me feel like I needed adult supervision.

“Pierce went above and beyond to help me. I had called earlier, and the agent I spoke with then was not helpful, they interrupted me and spoke over me when I would speak. Most of the questions I had were either not answered or I was told she couldn't do that. I was frustrated and called back about 10 minutes later. “Best storage and moving experience we'd had anywhere across US. Not only are they responsive, they're reliable and take pride in what they do. Jay and team are now our go-to in ATX.
Containers are well built with rubber door gaskets, sturdy hinges and latches, tie-down hooks every 5 ft, and floor/roof seals that keep the inside weatherproof. They're also able to precisely place the container where you need with their remote-control moving robot.
If you're in ATX, don't bother with Pods or the other national chains - you won't be disappointed!”

“I stored my van at Steve’s Round Rock location for 6 months and felt like it was very secure with the locked gate and multiple cameras pointing in every direction. You get 24 hour access with assigned codes. I had to contact Steve just to have help setting up payments and he was very responsive and immediately helpful. Notice to cancel my rental spot was very easy too. Within 2 minutes of sending an e-mail during business hours, they handled my cancellation immediately. “We already had a 10x20 unit that we ended up filling up quicker than we thought. A 10x30 unit opened up and we snagged it. This unit has doors at either end that will make things 100% easier when we need to access things. Our new unit is now on the first floor which is awesome. Everything is climate controlled and we have been extremely happy with our decision to go with Extra Space Storage!”
