“I just had the pleasure of speaking with Martha at Extra Space Storage, and she was an absolute blessing. I called in to cancel my account, and she made the whole process so easy. She was super helpful, patient, and incredibly kind the entire time. My belongings were always well kept and easily accessible 24/7, which gave me real peace of mind. It’s rare these days to come across customer service that feels this genuine, and because of how well I was treated, I’ll absolutely be using this facility again. Big thanks to Martha for turning something that could’ve been a hassle into a smooth, stress-free experience. She truly went above and beyond!”

“Just wanted to share this has been a wonderful experience using this storage facility. I've had to use a different facility for my previous job and I can truly say the overall care and attention from the manager here has been a noticeable difference. The units and interior are clean, well lit, and updated. The app was such a nice feature and never had any issues with the doors or elevators. I felt safer with the cameras at the covered drive and the staff being easily accessible as well. Additionally, huge shout out to Nisha as she truly treats her customers with great respect and care. I always felt like she valued my business. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage needs.”

However, the gentleman that answered the phone, Luke provided me with superb customer service. Educating me and referring other companies to help and provide support for our big move. “Pierce went above and beyond to help me. I had called earlier, and the agent I spoke with then was not helpful, they interrupted me and spoke over me when I would speak. Most of the questions I had were either not answered or I was told she couldn't do that. I was frustrated and called back about 10 minutes later. My second call was answered by Pierce, all my questions were answered, and I ended up renting my third unit. Thank you Pierce for your customer service. Helmut J. “Best storage and moving experience we'd had anywhere across US. Not only are they responsive, they're reliable and take pride in what they do. Jay and team are now our go-to in ATX. Containers are well built with rubber door gaskets, sturdy hinges and latches, tie-down hooks every 5 ft, and floor/roof seals that keep the inside weatherproof. They're also able to precisely place the container where you need with their remote-control moving robot. If you're in ATX, don't bother with Pods or the other national chains - you won't be disappointed!”

You get 24 hour access with assigned codes. I had to contact Steve just to have help setting up payments and he was very responsive and immediately helpful. Notice to cancel my rental spot was very easy too. Within 2 minutes of sending an e-mail during business hours, they handled my cancellation immediately. Thanks Affordable Boat & RV for a great rental experience!”

“I recently took over a position within my company and have had to make a number of calls to make sure I am compliant with laws and regulations. Marleigh has been incredibly helpful and kind every time I connect with her!! She both provides me with quick and accurate information but also points me in the right direction for further reading when things are a bit more complicated and require nuance. I could not be happier with the service I have recieved from Marleigh and would add a 6th star if I could.”

“All star did a commercial move (salon) for me yesterday, and to say they were awesome would be an understatement. They far exceeded my expectations! I had a residential move recently with another more expensive company and they were awful I wish I would have found All Star, then. The guys showed up on time, (although I was late) worked well together, were professional and very effecient! I will definitely use All Star for any future moving needs and refer them as well. Thanks!”
