“I am handicapped, and sometimes in this heat it is difficult to get to the UPS store. My attorney needed a notarized document today, so I called the store and was very surprised when they said they could receive my document over email and notarize it, as they know me from previous trips to their store. That is quality customer service.... thank you for that!!!”

“It should be posted on every single one of these places on google, that their last pickup by FedEx is sometime around 430pm! The main stand alone stores is around 6pm. It all depends on distance from the main hub so packages can get to an outbound airplane or truck, depending on selected service level.”

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Ashley R. at FedEx for providing truly outstanding customer service. She was energetic, positive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping people. Ashley is exactly what I hope for when interacting with someone in customer service. Her attitude was contagious, and she made what could have been an ordinary interaction stand out enough that I felt compelled to write a review. Employees like Ashley make a real difference in how customers view a company. FedEx is fortunate to have someone representing them who brings that kind of positivity and enthusiasm to her job. Thank you, Ashley, for making my day a little brighter. Keep doing what you're doing-it doesn't go unnoticed!”
