“Being here for 37 years this was the first time I have ever been to a Big Lots store I was shocked to see they have everything you need like a Walmart but the prices are cheaper and you don't have to ring yourself up or bag your own items Sign up for a Big Lots card and save more Doesn't cost a thing I would definitely recommend this store over Walmart If I only knew about this sooner so go and see for yourself”

“I ventured to target with my hubby wubby as it was date night and we needed groceries. i am fully aware that it is a bit unfortunate that we must spend our date nights doing chores but i love our family and i am willing to do whatever it takes to care for them. anyways i had a lot of fun shopping and the music was as my teenagers say pretty lit LOL. we had an easy time finding things needed but unfortunately i still haven't found intimate time with my husband. i sometimes long for his touch and affection but after 3 children he won't look at me the same. i feel like i just don't satisfy him anymore and our love is fading... anyways Target was amazing and everything was amazing just like the bedroom used to be for me and my hubby but now he never wants to do anything because he's tired or has to wake up early for work.. anyways Target was amazing highly recommend!”

“There is a young lady who works at the Ross’s on 146–I believe that is still considered part of Baytown. Over the past 2-3 months, I have shopped there maybe 3-4 times. Since that time, I always see this same young lady — working so hard!
Last night—when I arrived, she was hanging up returned, or tried on, clothing back to their appropriate areas—she is very fast! Then, not long after, I see her at the cashier/return area—the ONLY employee in that area—greeting each customer, answering the phone, taking returns, ringing up sales—and all while being professional, welcoming, smart, quick—and always with kindness. Her name is “Rachel.” Please give this young Lady praise, respect & encouragement! We ALL, each need to lift others up—by being positive, encouraging, respectful, showing appreciation — positive brings positive. A positive culture attracts & keeps — GREAT folks—GREAT employees.

“The prices are fair and the people that work there are generally nice, many are bilingual (English - Spanish) which should help a lot of people out, also there is always ample parking, though they can use more people at the register at times, the line can get quite long when there is only one person at the register.”

Went and was going great and everything, until I had a couple tweakers come up in the parking lot and ask me to give there groceries back, then pointed at mine, so I had to go back in and get management. But other than that normal walmart experience, not bad”
“The prices were compatible however the store was not stopped well the staff was somewhat disgruntled and unattentive I found what I needed and got out of there quickly had to Clark's being more attentive or nice I probably would have spent more money in there however they were very knowledgeable about what items and what sizes they had in the store and did not seem interested in helping customers rather talking amongst themselves about matters that had nothing to do with the store and being on their cellular phones”
