“In a nice location. Doesn't seem like one of the newer stores. No self checkout and not as large. Still 5 plus tho and have a good amount of stores in the area.”

“I was really surprised at how caring the GM at this store was, my coupons wouldn't go through, I showed him it did apply and he was so carry he honor them. It was just a nice surprise, I go to Dollar General several in the area and while everyone is nice no one had truly gone above and beyond like him.”

“I love dollar tree stores but they are no longer $1.00. They have gone up to $1.25. And they have added merchandise that is above that price so maybe they should consider either changing their name or go back to being a dollar store. I love to purchase cleaning supplies and candy for my kids. The Halloween season is always fun for us and I buy bags and candy for my kids and their friends from school. Anyway, this store will always have good profit margins no matter what chaos is happening in our country. Happy shopping!

Then I came across the Sheffield Liquidation Store in Crosby on Facebook and thought, “I need to go there immediately!”? When I went, I was shocked at all the good stuff y’all have. Also, thank you to Sheyanne and Alana, they were very sweet. I loved it so much that I went back the next day!”

“There are new changes coming soon! As of 1/25/20, there is NO LONGER A CLOTHES DEPT!!To make up for it, which I did not really mind because it was always a mess, the store will now have a bigger card section and balloons. So it seems like it... we will have to wait for the finished product ?”

“Im there regularly and it's my go to FD! My visits always go smoothly and the 2 black gentleman are always so helpful and accommodating to me. If I need help taking an item to my car they help with a smile on their face! Well all the employees are wonderful to me and have great customer service which is very rare these days! “We just moved here from the Crosby area and the customer service compared to their dollar stores is phenomenal. Cashiers are friendly, 1 gave my son a candy for his birthday when we rushed in to find a candle for his cake, over all pleased with the staff here. The only issue I have is you must check expiration dates on certain items before checking out. The single slim Jim’s are expired from beginning of 2024 ?”

“The district manager to this store and the stores are all wrong Crosby and Huffman and district manager she ignores the disabled she doesn't want him in their store she afraid of the disabled and she doesn't return phone calls and she's a very nasty nasty lady not sure exactly what her name is. She ignores the disabled and she laughs at them in fact all her employees too that's what she teaches them. I'm sorry I swear I said that at Bob said it's disabled and just ruined nasty I'm very un professional”
“Most Dollar General stores I’ve been to in the area have been very disorganized and dirty. This specific location is clean and well stocked with excellent customer service. The manager for this store has raised the standard for what I come to expect. I hope this spreads to the other Dollar generals.”

“I had a very heavy bag of items and the cashier took it to my truck for me (there wasn't any other customers). I have a handicap and use a cane. The other lady working was also extremely helpful. It was a very good experience!”
“I love coming here because the ladies working are always super sweet and always greet customers walking in. They make the customers feel very welcome!
However, there's always various homeless men hanging out in front of the store, asking for money as you leave. I noticed many customers actually give them money, so yeah of course they keep coming back.
It shouldn't be up to these women to approach these men and make them leave, as it could be dangerous, but this issue needs to be handled, as it's been going on for years. Sometimes I straight up leave and go somewhere else when I pull up and see a man there.”
“Love having the Dollar Store so close. I can typically find some solution for what I need here. Always milk, bread, toilet paper, detergent and the necessities. This location really needs a remodel. The employees work hard to keep it clean and organized but the stockrooms, bathrooms, ceilings, floors are in horrible shape. Must be depressing to have such funky facilities and no break area. GM, needs to do better for the employees. Clear difference in this location and other close ones.”
