“I had an awesome experience at this location. Awais was so kind and knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me to choose a device and plan that would work for me, and answered all of my questions. He went way above and beyond, taking the time to help with setting up my new phone and transferring all my data. All the while he was charming and friendly, and made me feel very comfortable in the store. He also helped me remove my pop-socket from my old phone and put it on the new one, which I really appreciated! I ordered several online but when I needed one in a pinch cause my other one broke this Cricket staff helped me find what I needed even though I'm not a cricket customer.
