“I phone fell in a creek and I needed a phone ASAP! I went to visit AT&T on Fairmont Pkwy in Pasadena,Tx yesterday and the service was great! They had a full house but I was attend to immediately. My wait was less than 5 minutes. Diego was the associate that assisted me in getting my phone replaced. He was so helpful. He was very informative and patient with schooling me on all the details of all the phones that I was interested in. His service was amazing! He helped me set up my new phone and had me in and out in less than 30 minutes!! Huge shout out to Diego!! If you need a new phone or just need detail info on a phone go visit Diego at 5708 Fairmont Pkwy in Pasadena, tx!! Thank you for all your help! SATISFIED!!”
