He patiently answered all of our many questions, helping us decide which phone would be best to replace the older one. He also helped us seamlessly transfer everything on the old phone to the new one and made sure we had all the other support materials we needed with the updated phone. It was a great experience, and we appreciated Aaron's professionalism, kindness, and expertise!”

“I had my broken screen replaced at another phone repair store located in Walmart. Finally got the screen replaced but the next day discovered that the camera no longer worked. Took it back and was given excuses about having to wait 1 to 3 months for the phone to update. (had many other issues at that location as well!) Went to phone Geeks and they took the phone apart and discovered that the camera had not been connected during the screen replacement. Phone Geeks is definitely my phone repair store from now on. Great customer service! Wish I had gone there first!”

Had we not went into the store we wouldn't have known that AT&T is doing some good things. Fiber internet reasonable priced, and being a veteran and a federal worker helped with them discounts. We can't thank him enough for all his help. Looking forward to a new relationship with AT&T.”
“I showed up at 7 pm to purchase a new phone for my daughter and port in an existing number from a previous provider. John was very helpful and patient. It took a little longer to handle it because of the other provider causing delays with the port in of the number. John was professional and polite. He stayed 30 minutes after closing to ensure we got our phone activated and working. Top notch service. Thanks for being so helpful and patient. It made the difference and I will be an at&t customer for a long time based on my experience.”

I dropped my phone and rushed over to the metro off walnut and yeah you guessed it they were closed Jesse was locking up but called Charlie at the metro off 35 across from the whataburger in New Braunfels TX in The shopping center. Charlie stayed open to get me taken care .we all didn't leave till after 9 pm NOW that's a Great employee going beyond to make sure I had a phone and everything was set up .I was waiting on the survey and it hasn't came yet so I'm writing this review instead either way these guys are the best! “Mr. Austin, At the TA in San Antonio, Texas, Is the best Verizon representative? I have ever met in my six years of doing business with you, Verizon people. I watched him help so many people here. And then he turned to me and did several things to this new phone. To help me better use it on the road as a trucker. That no other verizon person would help me with in four different states. No Other Verizon representative would help me. Everyone else just wanted to sell me something that I wasn't interested in.
What the hell!! Even though there was another Bluetooth that I wanted to buy from him, but he was out of them.
He was so courteous and knowledgeable About every item there.
Everyone was trying to tip him Just to thank thank him, but he kept refusing to accept it. Now that's what I call Great service,
