“The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. We had several issues which were addressed and resolved. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and we were informed of the work in progress via texts .
Excellent service.”
“Very prompt, professional, and accommodating. Received low pressure warning on long-distance road trip. Stopped in without an appointment. Thorough assessment of all tires, not just the low one, resulted in only increasing tire pressure — at no cost for diagnostics and service. Highly recommended for any drivers requiring tire services and replacements.”
“I recently moved from Tennessee..to Texas have been a customer for over 15yrs. Always good service.. but I noticed that the Discount tire stores in Tx. Don’t offer their customers water, or coffee while they wait etc. I
My personal option that that the least they can do especially when you are spending thousands of dollars on tires and rims, etc. l”

“Great experience with Lonestar Tire Service! Contacted Javier, owner and he directed me to John. We needed two new tractor tires and he gave several options. Decided on one of his recommendations and set up onsite installation on Sat at 8am. Joe showed up and took care of everything. Very knowledgeable man and has great skill on tires. Thank you Javier, John and Joe! Y’all are our tire specialists.”

“I can’t say enough good things about the Southern Tire Mart in Schertz. On my way to work, I discovered my car battery was dead. I managed to get a ride to work, but I was stressed about how I’d be able to run errands afterward. I called the Schertz location to explain my situation, and that’s when I spoke with Ramnses, and he truly went above and beyond.
Ramnses was incredibly kind, understanding, and solution-oriented. He listened patiently as I explained my situation and offered a creative and convenient solution. He said he could send a technician to pick up my car keys at my workplace, then go to my nearby apartment to replace the battery. That flexibility made all the difference for me.
Ramnses really stood out. He treated my situation like it mattered and made sure I was taken care of without adding stress to my day. Aiden, the technician who changed my battery, was also great, very professional and efficient.
Thanks to Ramnses and Aiden, what could have been a frustrating day turned into a really positive experience. I’m incredibly grateful for their help and highly recommend this location!”

“A screw went through the sidewalk of tire on my RV. Ok didn't have an air tank or 2 ton jack. I went to the shop and asked for a tank. They didn't have one. I'm asked if I'm could borrow a jack to take tire off. They loaded the jack in my truck so I could get tire off. No deposit or anything.
I'm reassured them that I would return. They didn't have a problem trusting me. Awesome folks!
I ended up having to buy a new tire because mine was unrepairable.”
