“Dallas Collision Center was one of the most accommodating and communicative repair centers I have ever worked with. Melissa McConnell was fantastic to work with. Note I went to the other Audi certified collision center first because it bore the name of the company I bought three cars from. But I was instantly put off be the brusque treatment of personnel there and there lack of customer focus. They were unwilling to begin and parts order until they had full agreement from the insurance on final cost. Dallas collision had the parts in less than two weeks with no upfront payments. Car was done ahead of schedule and I was kept in the loop along the way. They are a great business.”

“I called earlier this afternoon to see if anyone was able to put my front license plate and covers on. I bought the front bracket and brought everything for them to mount the plates. “I bought my 2015 Subaru Legacy from here back in August 2025. I Worked with Nathan and Jack and they were fantastic to work with. No pressure to make a decision and helped me the entire way! When I did the test drive, the touch screen stopped responding. So when I went home after buying the car, they gave me a rental for the week. I was able to pick my car up a week later. Then 1.5 weeks after that the shutterflap broke on the car. I called a different dealership in Mckinney since I lived much further north then Dallas and the other dealership said I didn't have any warranty on the car and I did. I fought with that dealership and finally decided to call Sewell in Dallas. They went above and beyond. The people from Dallas drove to my job, gave me a rental and took my car to Dallas to fix it (45 minute drive!) They then worked with me to drop my car back off with me (at work) and we swapped the rental car out! My experience with Nathan, Jack and the service team (I don't remember the ladies name) at Sewell in Dallas was phenomenal. If I didn't move out of state, I would have continued to take my car to them even with the drive to get my maintenance done. I have yet to find a dealership where I moved to that meets the same expectations. Bravo and keep up the great work!”

Antonio Morton was professional and friendly! He made us feel like family! That’s very rare in the world we live in now!!!! Customer Service is usually a forgotten skill! “I am in absolute shock and awe right now! I came into JDS this morning fully expecting to pay to fix my daughters front bumper. It somehow became detached on one side and I didn't want it falling off while she was driving.
When I stopped in the woman at the desk was very kind and offered me a beverage while I waited to receive my estimate. Dustin came out shortly after and I showed it to him. Dustin literally sat down on the ground and with his bare hands reattached my front bumper and didn't charge me anything. I asked if I could tip him and he also refused that. I was not expecting to leave here with my issue resolved and my money in my pocket.
Dustin you are such a sweetheart! If my daughter and I ever need any more work done, I know where we'll be going. I will also be recommending you all to anybody who needs work.
