“The manager Cruze (sorry if I misspelled it) was so helpful. I called and wasn’t sure I was understanding the gap tool for spark plugs and was needlessly worried I’d break them. She was so patient with me explaining and even went to get to same tool to help me better understand. Never once did she get frustrated with me asking so many (probably really dumb) questions. Her level of knowledge and experience in the industry paired with the level of patience and kindness is very rare to find. Made it go from stressful to just a process to take step by step. Thank you”
“Went in yesterday needing some brake fluid. Guy behind the counter(didn’t get his name, but young dude with a mustache) was super helpful and very friendly. O’Reilly’s has a great employees with this one. Bonus points for having a huge parking lot I could drive in circles testing my brakes.”
