“The main advantage is close to campus location and very friendly & helpful manager staff. I had lived here for almost two years and liked it, however, I had constant problems with the dishwasher breaking and sink leaking all the time, at one point of time I decided that it would be easier just not to use the dishwasher rather than clean the mess when it is leaking and calling maintenance every time. Also after a year living here I had noticed a problem with cockroaches and gnats. Hallways in Factory were rarely cleaned so at the end of my lease I could feel the smell of trash in hallways and stairs. If the location near campus is crucial, this place is the best option for price and quality, however, there are definitely more options with lower price and bigger space & quality of living further from campus.”
“We live at unit 8000 Atlas Pear Drive, Unit 7312 for 8 months and we had a really great experience in staying in this place.
The Apartment:
The unit itself is clean, well maintained and very spacious. Everything is designed for comfort and convenience. Natural light pours in through large windows and we have a clear view of the surroundings. The common areas, such as the lobby, gym, pool are spotless and regularly maintained, creating a truly upscale living environment.
The Community:
It’s a great blend of peaceful and has a near access to shops, restaurants and parks.
The Administrator (Jose Mercer):
This is where the experience truly stands out. Jose Mercer has been so responsive and accommodating to all our requests and inquiries. He is genuinely caring with everything we've requested and asked of him. He handled everything with efficiency and a personal touch – whether it’s a maintenance request, questions about bills, or just checking in to make sure everything’s going well. Communication is always prompt and clear, and issues (though rare) are resolved quickly and thoroughly.
We would highly recommend staying in one of the units owned by Lake Walk at Traditions.”

I've had an amazing experience living at The London. The location is absolutely superb – close to everything I need and with easy access to the best spots in College Station. The amenities are top-notch, from the well-equipped fitness center to the relaxing pool area, making it feel like a mini-vacation every day.”
“I have had a great experience living at the Barracks for my sophomore year! I have already resigned to live here for another year because I love it so much! The community, amities, the house itself all a 10/10!! And their staff here is amazing, special shout out to Hailey Vitols she has been great to not only me but my roommates. And I am sure lots more of residents have had a great experience with her. Any questions we have she is quick to answer and help out! Stop thinking about it and just sign at the barracks for the 2026-2027 school year!!”
“Despite the elevators not working for a few weeks, I really like living at Ion so far. The staff is all really nice and are always working to fix any work orders. The gym is always well maintained and all my appliances work well. Would recommend for any engineers since Zachary is so close.”
“Staff was always very friendly and maintenance was quick when required! It was small but being so close to campus made everything a quick walk/bike when going to class. It was better than living at the dorms for sure.”

“These condos typically have 3 or 4 bedrooms and 3.5 or 4.5 baths. They’re located at a bus stop that goes right into the University. There is also a beautiful greenbelt right behind. The property has a pool and basketball court. It is also closed by security gates. Assigned parking spots are nice to ensure parking availability.”

“Wonderful affordable apartment close to campus! Managers are awesome and quick to respond, application process was quick and easy, maintenance is also fairly quick. I have a renovated apartment with flooring and it’s very nice clean and comfortable, my dog also enjoys the balcony! Free covered parking is also a huge plus :)”
“My boyfriend and I lived in Tower Park Apartments for two years. From the day we contacted Eva to get a tour of the apartment to our last day , Eva, Julie, and the two maintenance staffs have been incredible. They have always made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and understood. All our maintenance requests were promptly resolved and both the guys who work their to do that are super helpful, friendly, and respectful. Eva is the best part of this place, she builds a genuine connection with her residents and truly cares for them. Thank you, Tower Park apartments for making our two years so enjoyable. Big shout out to Eva once again! She is awesome:)”

It's the best deal in College Station. Only reason I am leaving is I got a job that is taking me out of town.”

As someone who moved due to noisy neighbors, I will say The Halston is very quiet! So glad to live in a community that genuinely feels like home!”

““I just moved for work from The Wick after living here for 2+ years. The staff is so good and always on top of everything. Maintenance is really good as well. They are quick to make sure someone comes out after hours if there is an emergency work order. I only had pest issues once and it was cleared up within two weeks. This truly was such a wonderful place to stay during my time in college station.””

“I had problems with my bathroom and I put in the work order yesterday evening. These two very nice and kind guys from maintenance crew came and fixed my bathroom after hours. They were so kind and helpful!”
