“Was trying to buy some of his stuff through Walmart.com but after a small issue ( which Joe had no control over) he absolutely went out of his way to fix it! He offered it cheaper, he put me at ease immediately and made me feel like an appreciated customer. Joe just seemed like the guy you want to hang out with and chill. Looks like it probably will come in faster also. If you are in the market for electronics, and are close by pay the guy a visit. Wish we had smaller family businesses like this close to me, but im stuck with Best Buy, Walmart or Amazon. Will definitely look at his online stuff and highly recommend this business!”

“Got my Samsung Frame TV here and Josh has provided such excellent customer service! I came in knowing what size TV I wanted and he pulled out a few for me to test out as I wanted to make sure I get the once I like. He was patient with me and was very knowledgable on each tv he tested out. He then helped me load it in my car and later that night I had a question about the warranty and he was swift with the response. On top of the great service, they were such genuine people. I would definitely go back for my next TV purchase. Thanks Josh!!”

Not only were the prices right, they have stock (no unreasonable waits), and they actually know what there talking about (no apologizes to Geek Squad). So much so, that I came back 2 months later to build another computer. And wouldn't you know that the MSI GeForce RTX 4090 price came WAY down. So my wife gave me her bad*** 4080 build and she's got the best of the best. All for a damn good prices and again, This tech crew Know What there Doing! I seriously appreciate yall for all your work. Hands Down, if I needed another build, and soon, I'd go back again.”

I was able to find what I was looking for, although their setups for automotive and phone accessories were a bit confusing. I thought I would find what I need but I had to search around a bit more, but other than that it’s a nice target store in the location. less crowded as well comparing to other targets i’ve been to.”

For the past 2 weeks I’ve been getting shifted from stores to stores with no help and these are the first people who even acknowledged what’s going on with my plan. They literally went out to their own ways to help me and my mom out with our lines. We had bought a phone just two days earlier at another Cricket location down the street, and it was nothing but a nightmare from the moment we left that store. My son’s phone had no service, and all we were told was to “turn it off and on and wait.”
When we came to the Denton Hwy location, Rudy was already helping two different customers, yet he still took the time to analyze my situation. He was making phone calls on our behalf while activating another customer’s phone—multitasking like a pro!
Within 10–15 minutes, Rudy figured out exactly what was wrong, got the phone exchanged, and just like that—problem solved! My son and I left happy because Rudy truly cared about fixing the issue, not about making a commission.

“Driving my cousins car I had a flat tire and tried to use the air machine.. unfortunately it was completely destroyed and air wouldn't cut it. As I'm getting ready to change it in the 100 degree weather I realize I had no tire iron or Jack, I went in to the store and asked the cashier Aaron if he had them... he jumped up immediately and ran to his truck to check!!! He allowed me to borrow his and joked with me about how it could always be worse and made light of the situation!! GOOOOOOOD PEOPLE make the world go round!!! THANK YOU AARON!!!
