“Can I leave 10 stars please!?! Sadly I had to go into the branch in December to make a withdraw to bury a family member. I was shaken, crying and a complete mess. When he realized who the cashiers check needed to be made payable to he stopped and took a moment with me. Often we get so busy that we are just doing our jobs. Trying to finish one customer to call the next. He truly made a difference this day and I am forever thankful for him. “Busy during lunchtime, but staff was able to get to me at a reasonable time considering the amount of customers inside and in the drive-way. Should have more than one person manning the front during peak hours though. The gentleman teller was stressing! And I can't blame him, with about 3 customers to attend to basically alone and probably another 4-5 waiting in line when counting both inside and drive-in. Manager should have stepped in to help more.”

From day one when I first met Denise at the West Davis location she was very professional , caring and understood my frustration with my previous bank (not willing to give me a vehicle loan even though I had great credit). Denise took over and took me under her wing and was able to get me my vehicle loan within days after I opened an account with Amegy.ANY time I have a question or I need any banking needs I know I can pick up my phone and call Christina (also at the Teas location) or Denise.
