“Relatively new to this bank and so far I am very impressed. I stopped by today (no appointment) with questions about CDs. The customer service was great. In particular during this visit, Jenny R and Derek We’re very helpful and clear answering all my questions quickly and clearly. I plan to be doing more business with this bank.”

“Tami isn’t just one of the easiest personal bankers to work with, she’s also one of the kindest people I’ve ever come across, period.”
“I have had 3 auto loans through this bank(2 current) thanks to Justin Gyalog helping me every step of the way! I was so happy with his service I switched my person and business accounts over to first Finacial also. I couldn’t be happier with my banking experience. Anytime I call or text Justin he gets back with me as quick as he can to help me with all of my issues and needs. I highly recommend!!”
“We truly enjoy the small bank experience. We go to the Montgomery Branch and everyone is always so nice & helpful. We have never had an issue with our accounts like some of our friends who are at other banks in the area. Its so nice to be a name, not just a number .”
“We have been with this bank since we moved to Montgomery, Texas in 1985. It has gone through many changes and continues to grow, but THIS location is a 5 star bank. The manager, Dale, ALWAYS follows through to ensure you are getting 5 star service. He is so kind to his customers and truly cares about their well being (especially my older parents). While change takes time to get used to (formerly BBVA), we have stayed with this financial institution primarily because of THIS location and the manager, Dale. They have fantastic options for all of your banking needs with high interest on many types of accounts. I highly recommend PNC in Montgomery, TX if you are looking to open a new account.”

“I would like to praise Maria Isela Garza at the Woodforest Bank in the Walmart store on 105 in Montgomery, Texas.
She was so helpful and patient and assisted me in finding the correct document, and then provided the notary seal that I was needing.
I was so glad to have her there to make that chore easy and quick.
She and all of her associates are helpful and friendly every time that I visit them.
Thanks to you all for being there and smiling everyday!”
