“Good selection of quality appliances offered by friendly and knowledgeable professionals. This family operated store point of difference is SERVICE that can’t be matched by the box box boys. Not always the lowest price but you always get what you pay for.”

“Recently purchased a new cooktop here and had a great experience. Everybody was super nice from the greeting when you walk in, to the team in the warehouse on the loading dock, to the guys who came by the house to do the spec check. The manager Charles was super helpful when I made a couple of changes. I especially want to highlight the sales person who took care of me, Brayden Talbert. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted with no pressure. Wife loves the new stove!”

“A huge thank you to Brandon! He always goes above and beyond to help customers get the best deals possible while providing outstanding customer service. We’ve been coming back for years because of Brandon’s honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help. He truly cares about his customers and makes the entire appliance-buying process easy and stress-free. The delivery and installation team is also excellent—always professional, efficient, and careful with every appliance they bring into your home. If delivery isn’t for you, they also offer convenient same-day pickup on many items. If you’re looking for great prices, reliable service, and someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, stop by the Conroe location and ask for Brandon. Highly recommended!”

“Melanie was wonderful to work with from day one. She was incredibly helpful, patient and friendly as I remodeled my master bathroom, updated my kitchen, and replaced the lighting throughout my home. She guided me through each decision, offering clear explanations and thoughtful advice so I could choose products that fit my needs and create the cohesive, updated look I wanted. Melanie was quick to answer questions and always made me feel supported as I sorted through the many options. I'm thrilled with how everything turned out and will absolutely reach out to her again for any future home projects.”

“I visited this store with a table leg and an idea. As I was trying to figure out where to go, I was greeted by Calvin. I completely hijacked him from whatever mission he was on. He listened to what I was trying to do and walked me to each and every aisle to help me put together the pieces I would need to make my idea a reality. He helped problem-solve and explained alternative methods. He then took me to select the wood I needed and introduced me to Aaron, who cut the wood for me. THIS...is true customer service. Calvin was friendly and knowledgeable... a true professional. Aaron took the time to double check my measurements, and even thought to use the leftover wood to cut an extra piece. Even, Brenda, at the checkout, was so sweet and helpful. Love this place!!”

“Their lumber yard is a lot more organized with better lumber than Lowe's. However, Lowe's has a better garden center than Homedepot. They should build a homedepot in Willis closer to 1097.”
