Operations manager, Heather, is the best. She is helpful & knowledgeable of the products. She is aware of customers concern & diligent in resolving the issues in a timely manner. Whenever I visit the store, I'm always greeted from all staff don't matter if I dress in my comfy clothes or in my suit.”
