Leah is very friendly and just a great person to talk with. We have renewed our postal box there just to see Leah and say hello, lol. “This will be my new go to. I hate going to the Conroe post office on 105. I'll support this small buisness especially since they have a cute little dog in there as a company employee haha. Loved the experience. Post office qr scanner on the self service kiosk was down, as usual. Came here and no problem! 5+ ?”

“I’m writing about the FedEx office location at Highway 105 and interstate 45 in Conroe Texas. Specifically there is a pretty red haired lady at the front counter who was extremely helpful to me today and she was just a pleasure to be served by. The prince of my story is a gentleman named Matthew, who came by my computer and offered to help in anyway he could. I rarely see that kind of behavior in any retail establishment. Moreover, when I went to check out, I had multiple methods of payment and he helped me in a very, very special way.He is very understanding and sensitive to emotional and special circumstances. To his management… You are very lucky to have this person working for you and not only is he doing his job by getting the work out but he’s providing a special bond between customers and workers which is going to drive your business 1000 fold. “By far the best business customer service at a shipping store that I have experienced. I went to this store a few days after Christmas and was greeted by smiling faces as soon as I walked through the door, which was quite shocking to me since this is their busiest time of the year. “I was going to write a bad review but changed my mind because I got a more efficient lady than the manager. I went to the post office to ask for a mailbox key two months ago. I was told it would take four weeks which is fine with me but after six weeks I have not received anything. I went to the post office. The gentleman manning the counter told me the postman would bring my mail that was on hold the next day and I still have not received anything. I called the 1800 number and was helped by a nice lady. I got an email from the manager which I reply to no avail. I sent four more emails to no avail. Today I called 1800 and then 936. I got a lady who took care of everything quickly. I received my mailbox keys within two hours. I wish I had asked her name because she took care of business unlike the manager. Thank you very much ma'am. The five stars belong to you.”
