“Staff is great, this review isn’t about them. I opened a mailbox recently so I could pick up my Amazon packages without using 7-eleven or Whole Foods (normally those lockers are full or my packages won’t fit). Problem is my packages have been delayed because the store closes a lot earlier and Amazon drivers don’t usually reach this area until after closing. It’s a lot of money to open a mailbox for this issue to keep happening. Not all, but some of my packages are delayed. I have Amazon Prime so that’s not the problem, it’s the route and the hours of the store. So I won’t order things if I need it urgently to this spot.”

What could have turned into a stressful visit; trying to track down a pouch at the FedEx store, and standing in line for customer service help. She kindly showed me the kiosk located at the store entrance, where you can scan your printed label, get a receipt, and easily drop off the package.
