“We originally tried to contact your Georgetown store.
They wouldn’t answer the phone.
Multiple tries , finally service writer answered, he stated drop your trailer and in couple of weeks we will get around to looking at it .
Oh , trailer is located in Florence TX so that location would have been convenient.
BUT
Spoke with the Shertx location, extra drive but both the service & parts manager made repairs quiet, hassle free, reasonable costs, and EVERYONE at that location acted like they wanted our business !

Otherwise the staff was friendly and helpful and overall the process of reserving and picking up was very easy.”

“It’s not one of those drop off your propane that still has some in it to trade it out for a sort of full propane at the big box stores. They actually fill your container to the level. It should be prices. Can’t be beat. Been going there for years”
