“Stellar job by Tristan!I had an odd request to replace all mechanical parts for my old faithful phone that had a cracked screen and worn out charging port.I just didn't want to replace it with completely new one and have the pain-in-you-know-where to do it.They ordered a new old phone and transferred my "motherboard" from the old one to new chassis so to speak, maintaining all my data, apps and settings unchanged.Couldn't be happier camper right now, so yep, fully recommend this place. 5 Dallas Stars :)”
“My son's Iphone 12 quit turning on. We assumed it was the battery. We originally took it across the street to a different repair shop(we went to the 1st one we saw on google). They said it wasn't the battery but needed a new screen. They referred us to this store. When we went and explained the situation (that it may need a new screen), they advised that it would cost $121 for a new screen. After a few hours, we came back and the phone was like brand new and working beautifully. IT WAS THE BATTERY! And the cost of a new battery was $80. So we were not scammed! The gentleman at the front (may have been an owner) was incredibly kind and helpful. This is where we will come every time we need Iphone repair. Very happy with this repair shop!”

He had to do some extra work to diagnose our TV's motherboard problem and didn't charge us extra for some of the time even though it involved extra trips to our house. “It was great! I had tried to do a Windows update and then the system wouldn't start up any more. I took it into PC help and Brian and Tom were really friendly and helpful. They got my computer fixed up in no time. They also told me I would benefit from upgrading my hard drive. I said I wasn't sure about that. They offered to upgrade it and said if I didn't see the benefit they would put it back like it was no charge. I'm so glad I did it because it's like I got a new computer. It's faster than it ever was before. This wasn't my first visit but it definitely won't be my last either. customer service was good. price was good.”

“The lead person there on Sundays is extremely knowledgeable and they go the extra mile. One time I brought in an analog watch for battery replacement and they set it to the correct time, day of month, day of week and month without me even asking. This time they changed out a car battery and I was given a small battery with wiring to plug into the lighter to keep all of the onboard items (clock, radio stations, etc.) powered up during the battery swap.”

“My non-warranty Epson 6040UB projector died. As I was shopping for a replacement a local AV Retailer suggested I consider taking the unit to RO for evaluation. I considered this previously but the diagnostic charges including shipping from vendors I contacted were excessive for an unknown problem. On Wednesday I dropped off the projector. Within 48 hours I had an estimated cost to repair. After agreeing to the repair on a Friday morning I get a call on Tuesday that the unit is repaired including calibration to Factory Specifications all at a reasonable price. Impressive results, period.”

“I actually went to two Batteries Plus stores, and both had great service. First one in South Irving did a free test and told me my battery wasn't in as bad shape as I thought it was. (It was like 15 degrees out that day, and the car was a bit hard to start). His exact words were: "Not good. Not bad. Might get another year possibly." The South Irving store didn't have the battery for my car, but the guy looked it up on his computer and found it in the North Irving store.I drove up there and the guy was super professional. Got the battery installed in about a half an hour. Probably wouldn't have taken so long if it wasn't a Subaru with weird fasteners and sub-freezing temperatures. This is a well-run company. And they were open on Sunday!”
