“I can’t say enough about Kris and the transformation I’ve experienced!
When I started, I was limping from knee pain, felt like I was 20 years older than I am, and was losing sleep when just rolling over in bed caused enough knee pain to wake me up!
Last week I went for a 12 mile run in prep for a 100k ultramarathon in October, and I got my first 14er the next day at Mount Elbert in Colorado. Back to back days, 24 miles, over 6000’ of vertical. Knee pain? ZERO! I am ecstatic!
I’m excited to see what I’m capable of now that my movement patterns support my joint health rather than doing damage.”
“I’ve been going to barre3 for the past month and absolutely love this studio! Kiki and Amanda are both fantastic instructors, and every class is upbeat, encouraging, and easy to modify for different fitness levels. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and like I’ve gotten the perfect balance of cardio and strength training. I’ve tried several other studios in the area, but I keep coming back to this one. Highly recommend!”
“Dropped in to the 6am class on 5/4 and had Coach Rebecca. Phenomenal experience with her coaching, really appreciated the tidbits of advice. Programming was awesome, but I love barebell work, so I’m a touch biased. Community was great too, everyone was super welcoming and approachable. If you’re in the Coppell/ Grapevine area, I highly recommend CrossFit Bolt!”
“My daughter just finished her 1st season at Spirit of Texas and it has been such an amazing year! The coaches were stellar! The girls were supportive! The moms were incredible! This gym is a well oiled machine and everyone you meet is very kind!”

“dropped in for a visit at the Orangetheory in Coppell, Texas, and the whole experience was solid. The studio was clean, the energy was on point, and the team was welcoming from the moment I walked in. Head Coach Paul reached out to thank me for visiting, which honestly says a lot about how intentional they are with member experience.
The workout itself ran smooth — clear coaching, good cues, and the class had the right balance of challenge without feeling chaotic. Overall, it felt like a well-run studio with a team that actually cares about the member vibe and consistency.”
“I absolutely need this place to survive. They have made a huge difference in my quality of life. Sometimes, you just need to stretch or let someone help you stretch.”
“This YMCA is absolutely amazing! I drop my kids off in the childcare and go workout. Every staff member here is so kind and helpful, and the facilities are kept very clean. The classes are excellent. Ive already recruited two friends to join, too because it’s so great!”
“We’ve been going to this gym since they opened . All their staff are super nice and friendly. I believe they must have had a change in management since the service seems to be even better. The equipments are clean and the floors always clean. I like how they now have wet paper towels to wipe down machines and they keep those wet napkins well stocked and readily available. The only comment I want to make is I wish the aerobic instructors would keep the doors to the classes closed. Some of them leave the doors open and I use one of the machines that are right next to the class and I had to get ear plugs so my ear drums won’t get damaged . They have to realize not all of us like the extremely loud music and the music they play.”
“Coach Darla was so accommodating while I was in town for work and dropping in. She made sure I was able to complete my quarterfinals workout within the small window of free time I had. She had everything set up for me- a judge, space, and all the equipment I needed.
The members and staff were also incredibly welcoming. Thank you all again!”
