“I'm from Houston and was in North Texas for business and decided to drop in for a Friday WOD. Super nice Box and well organized. Lots of air flow and fans for the hot weather. Noah (I think was his name) he was very nice and knowledgeable and a great coach. The members were very friendly. And the WOD kicked my butt! I'll be back.”

Julian went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable from day one. Great energy, clean facility, solid equipment selection, and an overall positive environment. “Can’t say enough about Tanya and her group training sessions. It truly feels like a personal training session even though there’s a group of people. She’s attentive to the needs, strengths, levels and goals of each person and personalises a workout for each individual. She’s so keen to help correct our form, keeps track for each person and great fun. The flow is motivating to get the workout in! Highly recommend!”
“I love this gym. The workers are always friendly and helpful; they greet you with a smile. Machines and equipment are always clean and there are usually free treadmills and open machines. Not a whole lot of equipment but what is there is good enough for me. Lots of ladies working out so you don't feel awkward going alone.”
“Love the remodel but the cable machine area is too crowded. The new area with the squat/multi use stations is never as crowded, id love to see a couple of those Matrix cable machines moved in to the new space.”

“Good place for gather. It has a huge parking lots. Indoor basketball and volleyball courts available. Snak bar has burgers and drinks. We had a church members gathering at the Mac Sports. It has clean bathrooms near by entrance door. We enjoyed for a whole afternoon!”
