RJ was the only one there, handling a steady stream of customers while working on my phone, and he never made anyone feel rushed. He diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed the charging port problem, and even replaced my cracked screen and properly glued everything back together—all in about an hour, with no extra charge for the screen work. Throughout, he kept me updated positively on progress and time estimates, even with all the interruptions.
