“I stopped by your store on Beltline Rd at 183 in Irving. Mohammed greeted me and offered to help me. Mario from the Spectrum store a few doors down sent me here when he wasn't able to resolve my problem. I have a Samsung phone. A week or so ago they had an upgrade. Since then, when I am writing a text msg, each time I press a key, the phone tells me the name of the letter I just pressed. If I turn the volume down, I can't hear the phone ring. After I explained this to Mohammed, he knew what setting to change. I asked him what it would cost. He told me. Though it was quite reasonable, I told him I'd have to wait. He then fixed it for free. I great appreciate his help. Cash is a bit short these days since I found out I have leukemia and then lost.my job.”

“I had a T-mobile plan that was pretty costly. I rarely used any of the extra features, so looking at the options, metro had suit me better. I was greeted as l walked in. I was helped right away. The young lady at the counter was professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. What I thought was going to take an hour took minutes. She was very efficient and did all the legwork. I retained my phone number and was out of there in probably fifteen to twenty minutes. Overall, this is the best Cellular experience I have i've ever had.”
