“This location is very easy to get to to drop off letters. I use it all the time as it seems to shave time off deliveries. The drop off boxes are just North of 635 on Royal Lane. My recent trip was right on the way with minimal disruption of my route. I didn't actually time myself, but pretty sure it took less than 20 seconds from time I pulled in, dropped in mail and was back on the street.”

“I have some USPS choices that I can go to but I really like going here because Eric Sr. is always providing great customer service. Doesn't matter if the day is busy, raining, rough. He is always there with a smile and makes my post office experience 100% welcoming. I appreciate that a lot for individuals who work in this industry. I mainly do package drop-offs at this location but it seems like they are efficient and knowledgeable in the services they provide. The only long part is if there is a line but it generally goes down pretty quick. I give 5 Stars because of Eric Sr.!”

“I want to publicly say my gratitude to the team of people here. I was having issues with my mail due to the lack of MY understanding. I placed a change address form at another location because it was where I thought i should have, only to find out it was the wrong location, and the new address was I was forwarding it to, was the wrong address as well. There was some other struggles as well. Long story short everyone from the front to the back helped me understand and get all this straightened out. I was so happy and appreciative to everyone! They didn’t have to pull each other in to help me understand. They were busy with other people and their staff got them in and out in a timely manner. I was so impressed! “I rarely make reviews. But this location needs a credit. First time I applied for my passport and it was a very smooth and fast process. The name of the one who assisted me was Michelle. It was in and out. Bonus: she was very friendly and always smiles. Other staffs were very welcoming and willing to help out right away as well and this location was super clean! Exceptional Service by Rashida – A True Blessing!
We visited this USPS location for a walk-in passport service for our 11-day-old newborn. We had driven over 20 miles, and most other USPS locations were either unhelpful or indifferent. But Rashida, with her kind heart and warm attitude, truly stood out.
She listened patiently, understood our situation, and helped us without hesitation. Her compassion and professionalism made a stressful moment much easier for our family.
Unlike many USPS locations where people are often treated poorly, Rashida reminded us what great customer service really looks like.

“I will only speak from my personal experience. USPS Flower Mound has been very helpful with my packages being lost or delivered to another residence. They follow up promptly and I appreciate our delivery person. Our packages are delivered to our doorstep with proper care when the weather is horrible. When I visit the post office, lines can be long but the employees are pleasantly nice. I haven't had anyone rude to me or I haven't experienced it. (and I would send out a lot of packages). They work very hard with insufficient staff and just wanted to say we appreciate you.”
