“Just wanted to post a thank George at 2100 tire shop.
Had a tire that had a nail in it thought it was repaired but was still loosing air pressure. Took the tire to the shop where George took it off the rim and found a 2nd nail puncture. Patched both and it was worth the $20. Now we are back on the road again Thank you again George”
“My grandpa always took our cars here. He passed away a few years ago and I have continued to go here. Gary is amazing. As a woman, mechanics usually take advantage of you but Gary always listens and fixes the issue. I’ve NEVER had to take my car back or somewhere else because the problem wasn’t fixed the first time. He is reasonable and the prices are fair. He always takes the time to explain and show you what he did. Love this dude! Don’t know what I’m gonna do when he retires :/”
“I stopped in today for an inspection and the service was great. They were able to get my car finished up quick and the employee was very friendly. I didn't know they even did oil changes and inspections because I don't normally see anyone there. But now that I know, I'll definitely be back! The inside is also very clean, unlike most auto shops. The decor is cute too.”

“I went today to get my inspection for my honda civic , i took my silverado a few weeks ago. Each time i go the two men there have always been really nice and have great customer service! I will be bringing all of our vehicles here. They hv the inside office area very nice and clean. The whole place is kept up well.”
“I had initially brought my car to NTB Because I have a warranty with them. Following a recent rotor and brake pad change provided by NTB, My car continued to have a squealing issue whenever the brakes were applied. Brought the car back was quoted $1500 to have a caliper replaced. Contacted Mike and brought my car to the shop two days later higher quality brake pads were changed out. Mike and Josh were able to not only fix the squealing issue but also an issue with a lock. My total was less than $500. These are great honest people and I will continue to use them and advise anyone to use them as well.”

“I have to say the overall experience with Franks the company as a whole has been Great.... although the repairs could've been more extensive and more attention to detail . I had my Ram brought into get serviced at this location and when I got it back the first time I was told it was complete but when I entered the vehicle my engine light was on . I was instructed that it has to be driven x amount of mileage to reset the computer. It did not . I brought i back to get the issue fixed . A week later it was finished yet again 3 days later the check engine light came on yet again and by this time I was out of rental coverage from my insurance and I noticed a couple of other issues that was not addressed. I had to take it to a diffrent franks to get my issues solved and of course 3 times the charm . My truck is repaired all issues taken care of. I want to also say at both Franks collision locations the customer service portion of it was excellent only one shop was mechanically better . Maybe my issues was a difficult one idk. Thank you Franks for yalls help”
“Raf is the ONLY mechanic we will take our vehicles to unless he lets us know it's something he can't do (which is EXTREMELY rare). He is one of THE LAST honest mechanics around and I don't trust anyone else with our vehicles. I HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicles to Raf!”

“I was rear ended and I needed extensive bodywork done to my car. They got me in a timely manner. They were able to handle my insurance company and they were even a Preferred shop through my insurance. They kept me updated throughout the process. They even helped me Arrange a rental car and allowed me to park the rental car there so the company could pick it up once the work was complete. I was very happy with the service, the quality of work and the timeframe it was complete in. I hope I never need bodywork done again, but if I do, I will definitely be back.”

“First time meeting the team at Complete Auto. Took my truck in got it checked out, got the work done, all went smoothly and on time as promised.
I don't agree with no notice to the customer regarding credit card fees. The customer should be notified on the bill he is being charged a credit card fee for using a credit card. It should not be labeled other fees without description.
Other than that, Zac, knows customer service, and thank you Zac for your prompt attention to my automotive needs.”
