“My grandpa always took our cars here. He passed away a few years ago and I have continued to go here. Gary is amazing. As a woman, mechanics usually take advantage of you but Gary always listens and fixes the issue. I’ve NEVER had to take my car back or somewhere else because the problem wasn’t fixed the first time. He is reasonable and the prices are fair. He always takes the time to explain and show you what he did. Love this dude! Don’t know what I’m gonna do when he retires :/”

“I stopped in today for an inspection and the service was great. They were able to get my car finished up quick and the employee was very friendly. I didn't know they even did oil changes and inspections because I don't normally see anyone there. But now that I know, I'll definitely be back! The inside is also very clean, unlike most auto shops. The decor is cute too.”

“THE MOST HONEST AND FAIR BUSINESS IN CROSBY! -Used Truck Purchased For Teen Son-We had our son's truck inspected a month ago at another local business location. They took our payment and told us we had 2 weeks to figure out why it failed inspection or we could pay them more money to hook it up to their OBD diagnostics machine and they could tell us why. It took us more than 2 weeks to figure out the problem, but we didn't go back to that place. We went to Talbott's. He hooked it up to the machine. He said "we'll, everything is good, but that cargo light. Fix it and come back before I close today." HE DIDNT CHARGE 1 CENT. We quickly ran to O'Reilly and purchased the replacement lights, returned to Talbobott. The truck passed the state inspection. Only then were we asked to pay the fee. A fair and honest man running his business. As a small business owner, myself this man has all of our business FOR LIFE! 10/10, I DO RECOMMEND!”

I took my car to his shop to fix my windshield wiper fluid it wouldn’t work anymore and I missed having my wiper fluid work on my car. He fixed it with out a problem was 100% better then going to the dealer shop. He also was amazing to look into another issue on my car and gave me an insight on how to fix it.
