“I had to get new breakpads for my car, they did a full inspection and they suggested other stuff but I ask just to do the the break pads and they proceeded and did it fast and efficiently (maybe because they were about to close lol) They don't scam you or try to convince you to buy other stuff. They help you with what you actually need and work with your budget. After I got my work done I actually tested and i feel the difference. I'm thankful with their job, in fact I might ask them for the oil change for my 2 cars”
“It was horrible that I got 2 flat tires on the expressway, on my way to the airport. It was LUCKY that it happened right at the NTB exit. I walked in to the lobby 1 minute before the posted closing time, but Kim and everyone at NTB stayed late and made sure that I was taken care of! She was so sweet and made sure that the tires I needed were in stock (and I scheduled to have my sensors replaced at the same time). It was ready for pickup at 10am the next morning. Thank you Kim and NTB!!”

“Elite Auto Finish definitely lives up to its name . I had essentially a “knee scrape” on the bumper of my 98 Mercedes SL500. Overall the paint was an 8.5/10. It’s an al original 27 year old car so I was concerned about the new paint matching the original paint. All my concerns were put to rest by the painstaking attention to detail and meticulous application of blending , base coat clear coat application and final assembly. The paint flawlessly matched the hood fenders and even the engine compartment. No matter what angle , you can’t tell that the car has ever had paint work done .
